For the Mom on the Struggle Bus

Erica Van Slyke Episode 92

If you’ve been in a messy mom season—no meditation, no journaling, no morning ritual to speak of—this episode is your big, exhale-worthy permission slip.

Right now, I’m deep in the thick of summer break. My spiritual practices have taken a back seat, and for the first time in years, I’m not biohacking, tuning my chakras, or doing any of the usual “high-vibe” stuff. But strangely…I still feel connected. I still feel God—in the simple moments. In the fresh air, the morning walks, the quiet rhythm of watering the garden.

This is your reminder that your spiritual connection doesn’t disappear just because your routine does. That motherhood—even at its messiest—is holy. And that you don’t need a sound bath, a silent retreat, or a cacao ceremony to be in communion with the divine.

For the mamas who feel like they’re falling behind in their self-growth…you’re not. You’re in a different kind of sacred season. And it’s more than enough.

**All my fellow mamas out there: I am a potty-mouth,  so you may want to listen with headphones on!**
