Stripping Away the Bullsh*t: Guided Meditation to Remember Who TF You Are
As promised in last week's episode, I have recorded a guided meditation and am sharing it with you today!
This meditation is for anyone lacking clarity in their identity, career path, manifestations or life in general.
Through the guidance of this hypnotic meditation, you will strip away the bullsh*t layers of societal conditioning to remember who you really are and what you really want- before caretakers, peers or society told you who or how to be.
Disclaimer: Make sure you are not operating heavy machinery while engaging with this guided meditation.

For maximum efficacy, you should have a pen and journal near by and complete the following prompts after your meditation...
Post- Meditation Journal Prompts:
- Journal out any notable discoveries that came up during the meditation.
- What was your future self doing for work? For fun? What did your day look like?
- Is there a common thread between your child, future, and end-of-life self? If so, list the common values and similarities.
- Are there any limiting beliefs that arise when you imagine the manifestations coming thru for your future self? If so, what are they?
- How can you reframe these limiting beliefs with a more empowering perspective?
- Are there aspects of your child that you were taught were not acceptable, unlovable, shameful? If so, how can you reframe these so-called "shameful" or "silly" aspects of your inner child as a positive attribute or strength? How Can you integrate this aspect of yourself into your current life without shame?
